These terms govern your use of Aevu’s photo and video service. By creating an account or using Aevu, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who may use Aevu

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use Aevu for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google sign-in account secure. Provide accurate information, choose a username you are entitled to use, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Aevu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute your content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, legal, and safety retention.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including music, people, trademarks, and locations shown in your content.

Safety and acceptable use

Do not use Aevu to share or promote child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, credible threats, terrorism, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, scams, malware, illegal goods, intellectual-property infringement, or content that violates applicable law. Nudity and sexual content may be restricted, age-gated, removed, or reported where safety or law requires.

Do not scrape the service, manipulate ranking or engagement, evade enforcement, impersonate others, interfere with security, or access accounts and systems without permission.

Feed signals and moderation

Aevu uses interests and activity to rank content. Likes, saves, watch behavior, and private “Not for me” actions are signals, not promises about reach. “Not for me” is not a public downvote and does not automatically block a creator or punish other viewers in a category.

We may review, limit, label, remove, or report content and may restrict or terminate accounts to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Users can report suspected nudity, toxicity, harassment, spam, and other violations.

Our service

Aevu and its software, branding, and systems are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. Features may change as the product develops, and availability can vary by device, country, or law.

Account suspension and deletion

You may request deletion in the app. A 30-day recovery period applies before final deletion begins. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, or harm to Aevu or others.

Disclaimers and liability

Aevu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular reach, or that every item will be accurate or appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Aevu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms as the service and applicable laws change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Local consumer protections and mandatory laws continue to apply. Questions can be sent to legal@useaevu.xyz.
